Sheet Metal Fabrication & Press Unit
Our first facility specializes in advanced sheet metal processing, powered by a robust lineup of hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. These systems support high-accuracy and high-volume production across a variety of forming operations, including:

We specialize in the design and production of high-quality tools and dies, essential for precision sheet metal forming with hydraulic and pneumatic power presses.

CNC Turning & VMC Machining – Precision Engineering Unit
Our second facility delivers precision-engineered, tight-tolerance components using advanced CNC Turning Centers & VMCs—ensuring consistent quality for complex and demanding industrial requirements.
CNC Turning Centers
- Equipped with advanced CNC Turning Centers, capable of handling shafts and cylindrical workpieces
- Achieves micron-level repeatability and ultra-smooth surface finishes
- Integrated CAD/CAM systems & bar feeders enable automated, lights-out operation, maximizing productivity and precision
Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)
- Modern multi-axis VMCs feature high-speed spindles, automatic tool changers (ATCs), and rapid feed rates, supporting complex milling, drilling & tapping in a single setup
- ATCs with 24–30 tool capacity and sub-2-second tool change time minimize downtime & boost efficiency
- CAD/CAM-driven programming ensures precision machining even on intricate geometries with excellent surface finishes
Quality, Testing & R&D
Inspection using spectrometers, hardness testers and tensile testers
